“Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God” – Corrie Ten Boom.
Have you ever felt like living in the ethereal?
It’s like walking the streets of here and yet knowing the distance which your heart has already travelled, even before your feet has met the grounds of your dreams.
Sometimes the soul yearns for something further than your soul expected. It comes like a surprise and blooms like the spring flowers…
so in my mind’s eye, as I close them to dream, to see the greater reality, I see the authmn leaves falling gently to the ground, inviting me on the paths they sway upon. They taunt me with the whispers of the wind that carry them along…
It comes to a time when one season ends and the new begins. No one ever expected that the turn would occur now, my heart has waited to find this door for a long time; and patience has taught me great things, it is a virtue I am continually learning, continually living.
so as I begin to notice what my spirit whispers, what He whispers into my soul, what intuition senses and what my eyes see displayed in front of me and what is hidden too; I begin to realise bit by bit, the time is now. Finally, now.
As my heart says it’s soft goodbyes to here, it’s embracing the future with elated greetings and brightest smile.
I was worried that my heart would be left behind; even though I’ve fought to leave so many times – my heart was planted here for long enough a time to grow fond of this place.
It’s a great comfort to know, courage comes when we fight, bravery is birthed when we battle, faith is stirred as we walk. It’s the continuous tense, never the past, or simply the present.
